Cedar Wood Law is a specialist employment law firm based in Wales, founded on a simple principle: working people deserve expert, dedicated legal representation when things go wrong at work.
Our work is primarily claimant-focused and we do not act for employers. That focus means our advice is built around achieving the best outcome for the individual, whether through negotiated settlement, tribunal representation or practical guidance at a critical point in someone's working life.
We work closely with trade unions, providing litigation support, urgent advisory services and representation for their members. We also advise private clients directly, including individuals with legal expenses insurance, and we are proud to support access to justice through our involvement with pro bono clinics across South Wales.
